THE ESTIMATE FEE GOES DIRECTLY TO THE COST OF LABOR WHEN HIRED FOR THE JOB.
If you do not want choose us to provide the service you will forfeit 100% of the estimate fee.

### Terms and Conditions:
1. **Inquiries and Estimates**
– If you are looking for the lowest price, please look elsewhere. We focus on providing the best service and getting the job done efficiently.
– Use Google or chat services to search for quotes.
-You will find out the total estimated cost after you pay the estimate fee and after I come on site.
2. **Security Deposit**:
– Please call/message before submitting a security deposit.
– The estimate fee goes directly towards the cost of labor and serves as a non-refundable security deposit.
– If you submit a security deposit and decide to go with another company, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
3. **Estimates and Discounts**
– Free on-site estimates are not provided. Our prices are as shown.
– We do not offer discounts However, we can adjust the scope of work to fit your budget.
4. Payment Terms
– A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking after the estimate is complete, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job.
– For same-day or next-day service jobs, 100% of the labor cost is due upfront.
-If you would like extra security that the job will get done, we will be more than happy to draft a contract and a hard/digital copy of the project design details for an additional $500.
**Shop & Delivery fee**
– There is a $200 delivery & shop fee if you want us to shop & deliver or figure out the logistics of getting things delivered to the site.
– Full balance plus the cost of materials (if provided by us) is due upon booking our service
-We will use paypal as the payment processor in case the customer and Blades Trades need to settle anydiscrepancies .
– The larger the item the more it will cost to get it delivered.
5. **Project Costs**:
– The cost of the project may change based on new information or additional tasks or change in workflow due to any circumstances that will make the job more challenging.
– Prices are finalized after the job is complete, with any changes communicated beforehand.
7. **Garden Care and Landscaping**:
– Garden care and landscaping jobs start at $469, which includes spring/fall clean-up or the first service of the season.
-“Start” means the minimum you are expected to pay for any job, not the cost of the job. Certain conditions can make the job more complex and expensive.
– Adding new tasks or making the job harder will increase the cost.
-complex landscaping jobs can cost thousands.
Please keep in mind that landscaping is a luxury, not a necessity. It’s in high demand, with few service providers who truly excel. This is not a job just anyone can do—it’s hard, demanding work.
